Q   My computer has a virus but I have valuable information on it how can we solve this ?

A   The only successful way to sort this out is to save the personal data first then format the hard disc and reload windows only when windows has been restored cleanly do we then put the valuable data back in place

Q  My laptop has a damaged screen can you repair this ?

A  LCD panels within laptops are not repairable once they have been cracked replacement LCD panel is the only option call for a quote but be prepared for a minimum  $300 quote

Q  My laptop is running slow why’s that ?

A  Most likely software is the culprit we recommend that you reload windows operating systems every 1-2 years to eliminate obsolete programs and freshen the whole system. Secondly the Hard drive can also create issues when it gets a bit old and tired , a fresh hard drive and reload of windows will bring your computer back to life we’ll diagnose these things and advise best course of action.

Q  how long will the repair take ?

A   Most repairs are completed within 1-2 days provided that where not hung up waiting on parts in rare cases customers have been waiting a lot longer due to a delay from the original manufacturer parts department  this can’t be helped , we have an optional  priority fee of $65 where your repair will jump the queue usually the repair can then be done within 3-4 hrs in normal circumstances.

Q  Do You guarantee your work ?

A   Yes we guarantee that all work is done professionally and on time , we want to see our customers happy and returning with friends and family. We can not however guarantee that another virus may come your way again after an operating system reload for example , and we instruct all our customers to be vigilant with their online usage.

Q   I’ve spilt a drink in my laptop can we sort this out

A   Most likely we can remove the mainboard and give the whole laptop a proper clean out , we must assess each case individually , if the laptop has been permanently damaged then in most cases we can still extract data from the hard drive
